3. User Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of all courses, videos, and materials you upload ("User Content").
License: By uploading content, you grant Hagere LMS a license to host and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to your students.
Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Fees for the Hagere LMS service are billed as a one-time payment or subscription basis, depending on your selected plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hagere Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, including engaging in fraudulent activity or hosting prohibited content.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a dashboard notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa.
